Hot mocha • Commissions

Basics:

• I have the right to decline your commission!

• Please fill out the order form on my commissions page to order

•You can use the art however you deem fit, but please credit me where credit is needed!

Payment:

•I only will work with PayPal and DA points!

• once the sketch is sent to you, please pay half or whole of the payment !

• tipping is super duper kind! It’s very much not necessary, but if you do tip I’ll throw in a doodle page of your oc of choice!


Wips:

• I’ll send work in progress shots as constantly and fluidly as I can! I’d love for the commission process to go as smoothly as possible


• if you’re not satisfied with the speed I send work in progress shots, please feel free to request more! I’ll gladly provide


Wait time:

• the wait will usually take 1 week- 1 month! It depends on how busy I am!


Refunds:

•If you are still in the waiting line and have already paid and are waiting for your comm to be done, and have waited so long to the point you feel a refund is necessary, I will happily refund you!

• if the commission is halfway done and you ask for a refund, I cannot give you one unfortunately! It’s very unfair on my part for the commission to be halfway done and you wanting to back out

What I won’t draw:

• nsfw

• extreme gore

If you ask me for one of my designs then you’re agreeing these terms:

general ground rules :
• Please don’t steal/trace/copy my designs! It’s really unnecessary!

•Please credit me for my designs!!

Payment:

• I accept payment through PayPal in USD

•If I accept your offer, the payment is due within 24 hours!! If you don’t pay in this time period I’ll have to put the design back up for grabs

• I can hold the design for a couple days!!

• Please notify me if you’re no longer interested in a design! If you ghost me and don’t respond, you’ll be blacklisted

• You can back out of offers, I completely understand!

Once you own a design of mine:

• you’re more than welcome to draw the design however you’d like to! You can even change the design if you wish

• You’re allowed to resell/trade my designs for whatever you deem fit! Please just don’t buy the design to sell it for more right afterwards!
